i am not used to keyboards always struggle with them so a mouse with a lot of buttoms ergonomically distributed is a good option; since you discontinued the tyon i have to give kone xp a try; i think the easy shift buttom at reach of ring finger could be a thought

Contact with tech support is good.Usually I need to wait no more than one day to receive information. Now we are in process of return failed Air Buds, we will see how it goes.

Hi. The purchase and delivery went fine. The mouse is pretty much what I expected it to be. I have already owned another Roccat mouse so the shape of it fits my preferences. Pros: Shape, great software, great cable, additional mouse feet, the number of buttons is just what I needed, the sound of the LMB & RMB is kinda dampened which I really like. Cons: The back and forward side buttons are lacking. I've had the mouse now for a few days and they are already squeaking and are a bit loose. This won't get better with time. The the 2 buttons just below are quite fine. The mouse wheel feels stiff to press but it did get a bit better with usage.

Tbh I was disappointed to learn that the mouse is shipped on the release date and not arriving at the release date. Not like I could get it as early as the release anywhere anyways, but that's my only grudge. The shipping was fast and without any issues
