Good service and fast delivery. I can recommend using Roccat EU.

Roccat is a great brand, that product-wise tries to do their own thing and almost always delivers. Bought a lot of their stuff, never had any issues. Customer service was also fast to respond the one time I needed them. Only tiny complaint is that they don't always deliver right the next-day which is not really a big deal but I don't want to wait a second longer than I have to when ordering new gaming gear ;)
