Paying to return an item as the size was to big I don’t feel is very customer focused I could have brought the same dress from another retailer and not got charged for the return .

Prices too high when not on special.

Denim and quality was good Sizing wasn't a normal 16

Shipping was reliable and fast, size is very small (have to give to my daughter). I am a 14 which I purchased however I can't do them up.

Baggy in the crotch area and attracts so much fluff
