Cindy top does not stay down

The first swimsuit I tried was the Cindy top, XS. There was no elastic keeping the bottom below my bust so when I raised my arms or moved from side to side it completely slid over my bust (B cup). I was really disappointed in this from an athletic swimsuit brand. When I wrote to customer service, I was told that top is "more for suntanning." Because of their no-return policy, I ended up exchanging for another swimsuit. It works, but isn't really a style I like. Moral of the story: only buy their hybrid tops if you want to move around without flashing the whole crowd!

Quality issues

The quality of the top was questionable as I could see the white stitching sticking out from the red top. I complained about it, got a new top sent to me and the second one was almost identical with the same issue. I was told it was "too hard" to get the stitching inside. I find this extremely hard to believe as the other dozens of two piece suits I have bought have never had this issue. For how much the suit costs, it feels low quality.

Unsatisfied customer

I suppose it falls on me at the end of the day- I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to return the suit if I didn’t like the fit. Instead I was offered an exchange for a different size/style. So with no other option I did this and to my surprise was charged a fee/shipping (subtracted from my credit towards the new style to try). So every time a fit isn’t good you can try again but it costs every time and a refund isn’t an option. Incredibly frustrating for a consumer wanting to try a new brand online. I live in FL and use suits constantly. I’m also an athlete. My other brands fit me way better than this suit and I still have issues with the the way the fabric lays/constantly pulling and showing wrinkles. It’s my least favorite suit and I rarely wear it. Huge waste of money to try out your brand and be stuck with something I didn’t want. Had I been allowed a refund I might would have tried again at a later time.

Check that exchange policy before you order!

Can’t comment on the suits in water - still haven’t found the style for me. I failed to see that there are no refunds offered, only exchanges, but I do a lot of online shopping and this is a first for me! I ordered a top and a bottom, each in two sizes, intending to return the top and bottom that didn’t fit. None of them fit well and I guess now I have to find two tops and two bottoms that fit, since a refund is not an option. I found great suits from Boden this year and love Carve. After this, I’ll go back to ordering from ANY OTHER online company that allows returns.
