Just meh

I always enjoy the product itself as it's an awesome product. However, what happened to this order kinda makes me upset as the sample I selected was not included to this order. Speaking of the samples, I'm supposed to get two samples out of 3 options but since 2 were out of stock I was only able to get 1 sample. I was planning to purchase the queen cleanser based on experiecne with the sample but now I'm not sure whether I should get it here...

You keep sending me the wrong product from what I ordered twice.

shipping was fine, not a product

I love their products but not enough to risk dealing with the nasty attitude of some of their support staff. I may consider purchasing through a department store reseller if the products are available at the counter again. My local Nordstrom no longer offers these products in-store.
