1. Their offer code upon sign up does not work for all items. 2. After multiple emails over multiple weeks, no reply. 3. Misled on the delivery of $2,200 product. I have no idea when it will come in. Would not have made purchase with this knowledge. 4. What they can do for you is ship you a bag of discarded rope for free in under 48 hours.

I’ve been wanting this helmet for around 5 years. When the person I work with bought his Protos Jan 2024 it came with a different set up on the inside from his older Protos. I bought my helmet in 2025, it is dated 10/2024. So I would expect the new set up but it’s the older set up on the inside. I would have purchased from the same store he did if I had known I was getting an old set up. So honestly, happy I have a new helmet. However I would like it to be the newer set up that’s been released for minimum of at least a year. That’s just from what I’ve seen. The set up might have been around longer. It’s upsetting to be excited for new PPE, that is the old set up. I couldn’t return the helmet as I needed it for work or I would have returned it. So I am super bummed about my purchase from this company. Will stick with arbsession, treestuff, Sherrilltree for future purchases.

And I'm still waiting on a refund I never recieved.
