Rescue Direct

Ordered a Courant cross pro bag and had a couple of the inside pocket Velcro tabs’ stitching torn new from the box. Not impressed with that but Rescue Direct was great with pricing and fast shipment.

I created an account, selected a couple ropes X2 I would like to purchase and asked for a quote. I have not received any quote in my email as promised. Yes, I’ve checked my junk and trash folders several times.

Still have not received item. I did receive an email at 6am on a Saturday asking me to review the item I still have not received.

Waiting on helmet I bought that didn’t work
