The products that I purchased are exceptional! However, it would be better if a person were informed at the time of purchase that the shipping time was 7 weeks for a conciderable amount of expensive rope. I ended up buying rope from another supplier. Now I have plenty of rope to set up any system I may need.

Overall was decent, something went wrong with my card on company end, wasnt told till after a month of waiting and checking order status with customer service, had said to have been a shipping delay at first. Customer service assistance was very helpful and kind throughout it all however, would probably order from here again.

Insufficient packaging leads to not a presentable gift. Box came damaged, product is fine but I have to tape the box all over.

Shipping took several weeks but the product is well made.
