I ORDERED A 3X WHICH IS MY SIZE AND ITS CUT WAY TOO SMALL . OTHER THAN IT NOT FITTING ITS A BEAUTIFUL JACKET

Not what I expected. Fit and fabric are not good. Trying to return but not response by customer service after multiple emails

Stay away from this company. They will either send you the wrong item or color and then not honor their return policy for a nonsense reason.

Still waiting for a refund or replacement, after returning the jacket since it was the wrong size (my mistake). Please help.
