When my shirt arrived, it was X-Small size. My first thought was WOW they really screwed up, I wear Medium. I looked at my order and I don’t know how but I ordered the wrong size, called up Customer Service expecting to fully eat the cost of my mistake. And after they explained the no refund no exchange policy, which I fully understand, they said I’d get a return ticket and a new medium shirt sent to me. Just got it. Greatly appreciate GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THANK YOU
