Need to communicate a bit better after ordering to inform about delivery timelines.

I was trying to place a wholesale order but unfortunately I repeatedly had trouble getting accurate timely information from the sales representative. When I tried to call the number listed on e-mails and the website, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. Never heard back when I submitted the form to set up a wholesale account. Found a different company and placed a bulk screen printing order with them. I fully support your mission, just wish it was easier to place a wholesale order/buy in bulk!

You guys may not care or even read this but I am sending it anyway… I am manufacturing lean 6sigma professional and can not for the life of me understand why it takes so long for you company to produce a product. 1. Are you a one person operation? 2. Are you working in your basement? 3. Do you do this part-time? 4. Do you only work weekends? Do you know it takes you longer to make a t-shirt than it does to close on a new house? I am also a retired Marine, so did you know the invasion on Omaha Beach only took three days? I don’t understand it’s just a t-shirt, but somehow you have a monopoly on these races so I’m stuck…. Still ridiculous.

Very disappointed in the fit of this shirt, it needs improvement!
