This piece is gorgeous and heavier in person. It's quite a statement and very much what I was looking for to present an outgoing executive. My inquiry was answered in less than a day, and I had a proof within hours. My ordered was processed and it was on its way in a matter of 24 hours. It arrived in 5 days and wasn't a rush order. I have ordered from Recognition Source five years ago, and service was just as excellent and will definitely do so again!

We are very satisfied in working with Dylan at Recognition Source to offer a beautiful rosewood plaque, to provide excellent customer service in assisting with several editorial requests to one day shipping. Dylan did a great job in making this a wonderful experience. Thank you and look forward to working with your company again in the near future. Linda
