recognition-source.myshopify.com

Always easy to order and quickly arrives with no defects.

We order from the recognition source a few times a year and the service is always speedy and the awards always come out beautifully.

Quick response to initial inquiry and proof production. Accurate product creation and fast shipping.

I was disappointed that there were errors on the proof. I caught one but missed the other which, although I agree was my fault, resulted in an extremely high shipping rate to ensure delivery before our event. My disappointment is that the proof was not correct. In spite of those errors, we are sataisfied with the product.

The item arrived damaged during the shipping process. Contacted custom service and another award will be shipped out today. Regretfully they would not expedite the shipping and praying it will arrive prior to the ceremony. Otherwise, always has been good customer service over the years.
