I have ordered from Recognition Source several times now under very tight deadlines. The representatives contact me directly to move things along faster. I have had the items shipped to other states where our conventions are held and have never had any issues. Items have always been perfect and delivered on time. The quality is always superior to my expectations (which are very high by the way). I would recommend them over anyone else.

From the ease of ordering to the speed of production, Recognition Source is great to work with...that's why we go back year after year.

Our company ordered the Metropolitan Clock by Waterford and needed to have it etched/engraved and delivered in a very short period of time and the Recognition Source made it happen! Thank you Ken for working out for us. AP Washington, DC

Customer Service and Follow Up is Excellent

Always great to work with! I order the same awards each year and just send my updated proofs to be revised. It is an easy process and helps in the chaotic planning of my event.
