Realize is doing a fine job. Considering the product I would have to say that the processing of orders is excellent. Shipping is an issue but it's not Realize' fault. USPS has serious issues right now. Tracking (if you can track it) sometimes is non existent. You can't contact anyone at USPS and no response from Realize on shipping status.
