Perfect non-jittery pre-workout! I have tried so many different pre-workouts the non-stimulant ones usually have a lot of artificial sugar which sends me straight to the bathroom and the stimulant ones make me feel nauseous, shaky, and make it difficult to fall asleep at night. AI recommended that I try this just one deep puff along with my coffee in the morning to see if that works. Holy buckets! I get the perfect amount of focus for mind muscle connection without all of the ‘crappy’ (pun intended) side effects. So glad I tried it!
