I’ve recently become a mum and ashwagandha has hugely helped me to stay calm amidst the demands of being a new parent and the dreaded sleep deprivation. I’ve noticed it’s helped me stay perkier throughout the day and reduced some of the hormonal mood swings I was experiencing . Simply put I’ve found it very grounding and energising without making me jittery! Added bonus it also doesn’t taste of much so has been easy to knock back in the morning. It’s definitely a useful arsenal to have in your back pocket for anyone who needs to chill out a bit and get their nervous system/adrenals back on track!
