I had an issue with the bag we bought - customer service was great and they got me a replacement that was in perfect condition within a week. They also set up everything for the original bag to be picked back up from my house. We are very happy with our bag and other purchases. The customer service was great and easy to work with. I was able to get email responses sometimes within minutes during a work day.
