Customer service is AMAZING and kind, patience with all my needs

I was in need of the rack for my bag & I looked on the website to order, they show out of stock. I called the customer service to ask if they knew when they would be back in stock. The woman that I spoke with was outstanding! She told me they did in fact have the rack & helped me determine the correct size for the bag I have. She stayed on the phone with me while I ordered & because of her help, I had it in 4 days. Plenty of time for the comp. It was & she was a lifesaver/ stress relief. Impeccable service. The rack is sturdy & easy to assemble
