My daughter loves the bag but the rack falls down on one side and will not lock into place. I will be contacting the company in hopes of a replacement.

How do I return the privacy screen? It doesn’t fit her bag

When the bag arrived the box was in rough shape, it was almost like someone did not know how to tape a box, the bag came open so, I don't know if someone at UPS tried opening to see if there was stuff in the bag, other then that it is in great shape all the poles, are there and my 10 year old daughter loves it

Shipping was fast, box arrived in good condition. All parts were there. Curtain does provide privacy, but the Velcro that attaches it to the rod is flimsy.
