The shipping was fast. We received the bag only a few days after the order was placed. We had an issue with one of the wheels and received excellent customer service and a fast response time. Will recommend to all of our fellow dance moms!

The customer service was amazing. I emailed them regarding an order that shows delivered, but we never received it. They were great to deal with and within hrs they responded that they will send a replacement shipment
