Upon return You are not refunded initial shipping price Then have to pay to have the item shipped back in addition to paying shipping for any new item to exchange!

The wrong items were sent to me missing my window to give these items as gifts personally to family. I was not reimbursed for the expedited shipping. Very disappointed.

I still have not received my item!

Never received it was sent an email that it was lost in the mail. Was suggested I should file a claim. You would think great customer service would send a replacement. I guess not.

I ordered on the 10th. As of the 17th the tracking STILL says it's waiting on receipt of the item from you. It was to be a Christmas present and you haven't even turned it over to the carrier to deliver it yet. Yeah, won't be buying again.
