It's been 4 weeks since my order shipped and 3 weeks since the last tracking update and NO response from customer service on my inquiry about my order. To even find how to contact customer service you have to search. I finally found it under the shipping an then it's only an email that they do not respond to.

Still waiting for my order since 7/22/25

I would review the item if my order ever shows up. I was informed 24 days ago that my order shipped. However, the link for tracking information states no details are available. When I contacted Pyrex for a status update, Corelle replied with a link to my orders, also with more information available. The item may be great, but so far the customer services is far less than acceptable.

Poor follow up with broken piece!
