Even though website stated it would work on my particular loaf bowl, it did NOT.

Broke the first time we ran it through the dishwasher

The bowl came completely shattered in pieces and I have tried for weeks to get a hold of customer service and haven’t heard back. Very disappointing

Haven’t received my order I think it got lost in the mail. No communication from Pyrex yet. Pretty frustrating.

Received broken, haven’t heard back from customer support. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
