I was skeptical at first, but I am finding Overachiever ( in Jasmine) is a great product for me. It covers my rosacea well, blends beautifully, and leaves a natural dewy finish. There has been no negative effect on my rosacea, only improvement. I do use Azelaic acid 15%, so the combination of makeup and meds is working very well. Thanks for a great product!

Customer service kept me up to date on delivery time.

Seriously disappointed. I paid extra money - supposedly for a custom tinted foundation. I submitted a selfie, and I believe I told you that I am of northern European descent (mostly Irish), and my face and neck are naturally and predominantly PINK - even when not having a rosacea flare-up. I spend no time in the sun. I am not beige, tan or ANY shade in the brown color spectrum. What I received was a green lotion (your standard/non-custom Overachiever?) which eradicated every bit of pink and left me looking gray and ashen. I just wanted to even out the natural pink glow of my complexion, not eradicate it completely and look like a cadaver, but apparently no makeup company, not even one such as yours which alleges to provide a custom foundation, can/will do anything that isn’t in the brown color family. It’s why I’ve never been able to find a foundation that looks natural on me.

The product had been opened, used, and there was very little left. I give Puzzle 1 star and an F-. You shouldn't be selling opened and used products. It was also hard to get a refund, or replaced with an unopened one.
