Product is good but customer service is lacking

Poor customer service. You can only email? That's odd. Got an email response that was curt and you didn't offer to replace or refund. Terrible.

I told customer service that I didn’t know that my order was going to be fulfilled by Amazon, that this information should be noted in their listings. They only repeated that it was fulfilled by Amazon which didn’t really address my complaint.

Poor customer service. Get a phone number and have a U.S. call center.
