Great product - Horrible Service.

Great product - Horrible Service. Trying to get ahold of anyone at Pro-Tec for service is impossible. I've tried the web portal, direct email serveral times with zero repsonse. There isn't a working phone number to call either. Feels like being robbed!

I ordered a helmet months

I ordered a helmet months ago, waited weeks for shipping confirmation but heard nothing even after sending emails to pro tec requesting to cancel the order because I ordered a helmet elsewhere in the meantime since I assumed the order did not go through. Then you shipped the helmet months after i ordered it with no explanation for why it took so long

Effectively unable to return items

Helmets did not fit. I attempted to return them but was effectively unable to because the cost of shipping was over half of what we paid for them items ($80). I emailed to ask if there was anything that could be done since the items did not fit and have not received a response to date. There is no phone number that I could find to speak to anyone regarding the return.
