I had a problem with the 1st order, the shipping company that it was sent with absolutely destroyed the box and the container inside, The product I ordered was open, the product was spilled all over inside the shipping box, this problem that had nothing to do with platinum this was a shipping company Problem, so I told platinum about it and they did not hesitate at all to tell me not to use the product and throw it out, which I did and then immediately shipped me on another one which to me is outstanding customer service you can't get any better than that. Platinum concern was that someone could have contaminated or someone could have tampered with The original product that I got, which after I thought about it probably was the right call, you never know these days what someone might have done, platinum immediately got a new batch of product out to me within two days of my phone call telling them of this issue, which to me was outstanding customer service and then the product came as it should be, sealed not tampered with, again outstanding customer service from Platinum.
