Platinum does an excellent job making sure to meet my needs. Fed Ex on the other hand sucks, I have asked Platinum to use UPS because in my area they are a more reliable company. Platinum has complied with my request and all is well.

you have ALWAYS shipped quickly and prices are very fair!! this is not the only product i have used and would use others as needed!!
