Enterprise Category Manager Professional Services and Marketing

Although this is a "Marketing" event, the conference had a 100% focus on working with agencies. We know that marketing categories also include professional services and consulting. I was hoping to have some focus on the services and consulting aspect. In the future I wold like to see an expanded agenda to include Professional services/consulting. Or even better establish a new conference that focus on Professional services/consulting. ProcureCon PSCN "Professional Services and Consulting"

ProcureCon Marketing feedback

Strong attendance - volume and quality. Strong networking ability. Small group sessions powerful when well moderated (some great some poor).

Right Mix

First time attendee, marketer (not procurement), thought there was a good mix of topics from which to build a stronger knowledge base.

The event was well organized and delivered thoughtful insight to support the needs from small to large organizations. The networking events and round tables provided a great opportunity to learn what others are doing in the industry as well as to establish an extended professional network resource moving forward. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

Great Experience

Pros - lots of chances to meet new people in your field and also suppliers. Loved the offsite events and chance to network. I enjoyed the variety of suppliers and speakers. It was also great to meet people outside of my industry. Cons - agenda was too packed and day was too long. Starting breakfast so early and going till 5:30/6pm is just too long of a day. If the plan is to start so early to get everyone going, I would end closer to 4. We lost a lot of people after 4pm. The topics presented on the main stage need to be more geared towards the majority of the audience - for example, the in-house agency presentation only applied to a very small handful of people out of the 400 in the room. The bigger presentations for the large group need to talk more innovation, trends, technology, best practices, etc.. Given the feedback and the participation in the women's breakfast, i would highly recommend looking into doing a ProcureCon Mini - Women in Procurement. I'd love the chance to come learn and network with women of all ages and color in procurement. Overall, really happy with it and this won't be my last.
