There was a slight issue with shipping this time because I used the wrong zip code to have my order delivered to my work address. I didn't receive the order timely due to re-routing; and even after I made the address correction by phone it took more than 3 days to update in the carrier's system which delayed the delivery more.

I think it is a little of a shame that pricing is different between SSG and PVG employees. We're the same company, we should be a family but this is one of the things that we still have a We and Them mentality. Apart from that, I appreciate that we have the ProShop.

This shirt is one of the better designs that FOX offers, ordered 3 of them in an XL; XL fits like a medium so none of them fit me. Why would somebody design the shirt to be 2 sizes to small? If you are ordering this go with two sizes up. No returns/exchanges on a sizing defect from the manufacturer is pretty disappointing.

I would add things to the cart than the cart would remove them. Than when I got the order to go through I had to wait 3 weeks to get the jacket
