Only support I could get was do an reset on the display and update software. This never fixed the issue and when talking to support that is all they would do.

I'm missing a part to

I'm missing a part to it since I received it in January. I put in multiple warranty tickets to get the piece, but not even a response. Would never order a ProForm piece of equipment again. Also the screen freezes frequently, so I have to continue to restart it.
