When my Elliptical arrived the box was in sad shape. I was worried that it would be missing parts. Called Proform and was told if I was missing any parts to call them and they would send it. No missing parts and easy for us to assemble. I love using my machine but it does squeak at times. Still enjoying my machine!

So far no issues, I use my bike 3 to 5 days a week, depending if I'm traveling. Planing on a treadmill next year

Love my treadmill! Delivery was quite slow, but it arrived and I’m happy with my choice :) almost 2 years in and really enjoyed it

Good equipment. Very solid treadmill. The price is high for what you get.
