I LOVE MY ELLIPTICAL
I've had my elliptical for almost 2 years now. I was having issues with the ifit app, and had the poor techs at ifit on my phone for 6 months. Finally their top dawg had me do something with a 3rd party app to find my issue, and even after all the yelling I did at my internet provider before this, it was their problem! I have been up and running ever since and absolutely LOVE my carbon e7!! And Ifit gave me an extra 3 months of my family subscription, even though it wasn't their fault! Now I just need to find an extended service plan, or learn how to service my own machine, because I'm using it nearly 50 miles a month! Everything about my dealing with proform and Ifit has been great!
