Terrible. You printed and sent the wrong file. Please fix this

Although I paid more money to have a fast print, the print was delayed. This has had irreversible consequences.

Nobody was there to respond to my questions or concerns about my order. I received the wrong order, and nobody was there to help me get it figured out, even though I called 3 times, emailed 3 times and filled out contact sheets multiple times.
