Paid for two books, months ago. They've never arrived. Tried to contact customer service several times. No response.

TERRIBLE I don’t even have what I ordered in hand ONE MONTH LATER. I even paid for expedited shipping. Absolutely terrible company will never use again or recommend to literally anyone

I have not received the order I placed. My order states it is processing. I have sent emails, and they have not received a reply. Right now, you have my money, and I have no product. I asked to cancel the order. That has not happened either, apparently.
