The brewer works as expected and is designed to be comprehensible even without previous exposure to the XTS system. All supporting documents were thorough and supplied enough information to go through the trouble shooting of setting up the Fetco supplied by a Flowjet system. I was especially surprised to find a Flowjet mode to alter the water trimming to better work with a Flowjet (+A on that feature). Most importantly, I want to give Nik at Prime supply for his superior customer service, helping mitigate the purchase and configuration of our first Fetco Brewer that was followed up with an exchange to upgrade to the double brewer model. Nik followed up with personal calls and prompt email responses, congrats to Prima for a great hire and kudos to Nik for being a fantastic person. Happy Holidays, from Skid Row Coffee!!!
