This is the second Ice-O-Matic GEMU090 I have purchased from you. The first one required three repairs in four years before breaking down to the point of not being financially feasible to repair. My service technician said that this type of machine is prone to problems. But it makes such great ice that I am willing to live with the hassle and expense. Both times I purchased from Prima Supply, the people I spoke with on the phone have been incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Delivery has been quick and uneventful. I'll probably be purchasing again from you in about four years - maybe sooner if a different appliance needs replacing. Thanks!
