I’ve only been using it for 3 weeks so I believe I’ll see more improvements in overall soreness after big efforts and reduction in inflammation after another month of use. So far so good! Been taking this for about a month! I definitely feel stronger and more powerful during my runs! As a bonus I do enjoy the taste! I sometimes mix it with cranberry juice along with water. 10/10 recommend!
