I'm not sure yet if it is helping. I wanted to do a subscription but don't want to pay shipping each time so I just ordered 3 bottles to test it out.

After reading so many positive reviews, I was really hopeful that this would help with my chronic hip pain. I did notice an improvement during the first week of use. Unfortunately, it has not lasted and my pain has returned. I’m finishing my first bottle and have ordered a second in hopes that it will make a difference. If it does I will continue use.

I began taking this about 3 weeks ago and believe it is helping because I have changed nothing else.

some good quality stuff. I like the omega 3 and probiotic as well as the green gut powder. The negative side is I never get discount opportunities when ordering. maybe i need to get on monthly supply
