Needed to send chocolates to clients, the online process was easy, showed up faster than expected and everything was perfect

The whole experience was great, from the ease of use of the website, to even more importantly, having real, live and very helpful people directly connected with Ghirardelli and from the area available to speak with, which I did. They were very helpful in a number of ways. The chocolate (5 different types) came quickly, really well packaged, yet very easy to open, with the internal boxes they came in still useful to hold remaining chocolate products that I did not move to my kitchen from the storage area, which is what I have done. After ordering, but before I received the items (one box of the chocolate bars for baking (unsweetened; semi-sweet and bitter sweet, as well as a box of semi-sweet chocolate chips and baking hot chocolate) I had a brief moment where I wondered if I had ordered to much. But immediately after opening and using 3 of the products away, it was apparent that given the increased baking (as well as rediscovering making chocolate nut and/or fruit bark), that I would clearly not have too much, but would be re-ordering far sooner than I had would ever have thought. So far, twice made from scratch brownies (2 different recipes), both of which our children, us, than other immediate relatives thought were the great (the kids - the best they have ever had), and chocolate chip cookies (my favorite) which where great. I have, of course, had these Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips before (from the supermarket) and they are, in my judgement, the best. That was again the case both from the bag and in the cookies. It is not only a matter of their taste, but also of the size and shape.,They beat both the well known brand, and other supposed high-end chip by a big distance. Tonight another favorite "baked chocolate pudding", made with semi-sweet chips,but could be made with other chocolate too. (A note, there are various recipes for baked chocolate pudding, often fairly different) and later this week or next week, the chocolate bark. The chocolate is great quality and tasted great in the chocolate ice cream I made. They shipped it super fast.

We are addicted to Ghirardelli chocolate - specifically the bittersweet chips! They are usually available at local grocery stores but not always… and we have been baking more lately. The website made it easy and our order arrived in great shape, safely, within a couple of days! Highly recommend.

Just a square of 86% after dinner does the trick.
