The 72% Intense Dark is my very favorite. I buy it 6 bags at a time and keep it in our master closet. If my husband is slow to eat his bag, I eat it. Additionally, Ghirardelli 60% chocolate chips are my favorite baking chips. Also, great service, shipping time and packaging. Thank you for a product that eases my life.

The website was easy to use and the price reasonable. It was easy to find the exact type of chocolate that I wanted. Emails with information about the order and shipment were timely. The shipment arrived on schedule, insulated and with cool packs, so no need to worry about melted product!

My wife had come across a wonderful chocolate torta caprese. The first batch were delivered to family and friends in the neighborhood, to hopefully make them smile amidst all of this. That used up all of our available 60% cacao baking chocolate. Amazon has chips, but they don't melt as smoothly / evenly as the chocolate bars. The few sellers on Amazon with Ghirardelli bars were charging exorbitant amounts. When I finally wised up, and went straight to the source, we were able to get *twice* as many bars for the same price. Needless to say, there's been two more batches of torta caprese since then...
