received $100 gift certificate for mother's day, May 10th ..received email that it had to be udedby May 16th...I felt rushed and frustrated..why such a short time to use the gift certificate? very disappointed, even though the candy is quite goof..

Had great experience ordering through the website. Everything is easy to understand and pictures help as well. The category are clear and description of products are easy to understand. The chocolate got to my house within the time informed and nothing melted (I live in Arizona and the delivery was in mid-May). Love the products and will definitely order again.

This is my favorite product to add to brewed coffee to make a delicious mocha. I've found that ordering direct from Ghirardelli is more convenient and more cost effective than hunting for it in local grocery stores. Highly recommend.
