www.ghirardelli.com

I appreciated the ease of using the website and the prompt shipping and receipt of my order. The packaging was excellent and insured the chocolate chips I ordered arrived in good condition, cool, not melted. overall a very good experience!

Website was reasonably easy to navigate with respect to ordering product, good product descriptions, shipping was timely, product was well packed, and product arrived in fine shape. Regarding the website, I really enjoyed reading the history of the company.

My experience shopping at Ghirardelli was excellent. The menu was easy to use and I found what I wanted very quickly. I received my product in a very timely manner.

My order came quickly and who doesn't cheer up with great chocolate!

Ghirardelli used to package dark chocolate chips in a larger bag that we bought at Sam's or BJ's. Now they only have 10 oz packages. Other brands just aren't nearly as good. We bought the 25# box with free shipping. It arrived in an insulated box with gel packs to protect from the summer heat. The box arrived on time and it good condition. We not have great chocolate chips for the next couple of years.
