Food was great

Excellent chocolate!!! I received it on time and am now enjoying it.

I have tried every hot chocolate mix I can find, and Ghirardelli's Mocha Hot Coca mix is by and far the best. Others are good, some are even great, but I only have a monthly supply order from Ghirardelli. :-)

I never even thought of shopping directly from ghiradhelli... it was temperature packed with ice packs. I was very shocked at how safely the chocolate arrived. Thank you so much!

The heat got to our package and melted the chocolate. It came packed in ice but it was a heat wave this week. They replaced the bars at no cost.
