The experience with Ghirardelli was great. I found what I wanted easily and the cocoa mix and tin came quickly and as described. I will definitely order from them again.

I love these chocolates and have never had a problem before, but on my latest order, it took over a week for delivery and when it arrived two of the five items were missing. I reported this information to customer service, and they replied promptly and sent the missing items immediately. I had them in two days. Thank you!

During this pandemic, several companies have provided horrible customer service. But not Ghirardelli. They stepped it up a notch and provided the customer care that consumers deserve. Thank you!!
