I was quite impressed with the packaging. My receiving department wanted to know right away how I could have gotten a package from Ghirardelli weighing 20lbs! They know I love chocolate, but still.... The weight, of course, apart from the 48 bars of chocolate, was a full surround of gel packs to keep the chocolate cool. It arrived in impeccable condition. Delicious.
