From ordering through to plugging in and playing has been so intuitive and enjoyable. A huge improvement on availability and scheduling from 2021 when the demand for the Spark 40 caught the company wrong-footed and delay/slippage was almost a daily occurrence. Well done Positive Grid, not only another great product but excellent service, through to the delivery service...I reserve judgement on customer care until I experience it
