Great products, great comms, good all round

I've bought a couple of Positive Grid products, one via another seller and I had a support issue and they were excellent ( It's was the one about firmware updates on Windows 11 ). Most companies would give you an answer and then that would be it, after I raised it they actually put a note on the product site explaining the issue etc, so other people wouldn't freak out when they hit the same issue, That's looking after your customer base, oh and the products are cools as well.

Very user friendly & efficient order & delivery process. These people know about guitars . I am a long way from exploring all the options on my Spark 2 Amp ,but delighted with all my purchases from this company. Thanks.
