Shipping was late arrival. I had to remind your department to find where it was. Coolant brick was not strong enough to help in controlling any melting. The PP&J arrived as one gooey mess.

Product was packaged well enough to with stand Texas heat😢

Most were melted and even after we put in fridge it did taste right. What can u do about that ?
